Sandra Lowe

Indiana State Director of Operations

Sandra Lowe is the State Director of Operations in Indiana. In this role, Sandy leads the Non-Emergency Medical Transportation contract for the State of Indiana, partnering closely with the Family and Social Services Administration. Sandy oversees the timely, reliable and safe transportation of more than 430,000 Medicaid members across the Hoosier State. Her career spans more than 15 years in the health insurance industry, encompassing private insurance and Medicare/Medicaid programs.

Prior to joining Verida in 2019, she managed various operations departments for Anthem and Hewlett Packard. Sandy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Lacy School of Business at Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana.
