Mike Hanner joined Verida in April 2018 and brought with him more than 25 years of experience working in customer service industries.

While at Verida, Mike has held the role of Call Center Supervisor, Call Center Manager, and Quality Assurance Manager before accepting the role as Interim State Director.  Prior to joining Verida, Mike spent more than 20 years serving Public Safety / E911 Call Centers around the world.
