About Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT)

Verida provides services for NEMT to Louisiana FFS Legacy members. If you need assistance with transportation for healthcare services you can call Verida to get a ride.

This is a shared-ride service. More than one person going to an appointment may ride together in the same vehicle. If needed, one person may ride with you to your appointment. Members under the age of 17 require the presence of a parent or guardian during transport. These arrangements must be made when the trip is scheduled.
