Jennifer Adkins

Washington, DC Regional Director

Jennifer Adkins is the Regional Director of Operations in Washington, DC. In this role, she is accountable for the day-to-day operations of Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) services while bridging the gap between our clients, transportation providers, healthcare professionals, and enrollees.

Jennifer has 20 years of hands-on experience in process improvement, staff development, and project management.  Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Industrial Behavioral Psychology. 

In 2023, Jennifer began her work in Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) with Verida. Prior to transitioning to the DC operation, Jennifer was the Compliance Manager for the Commonwealth of Virginia.
