Gary Kinard

Chief Financial Officer

Gary Kinard is the Chief Financial Officer for Verida. Gary joined the company in 2008 and is responsible for all financial operations and audits that are conducted by the IRS, U.S. Department of Labor, OIG, State and local Departments of Revenue, and various regulatory agencies. He is responsible for Verida’s fiscal policy and strategic planning, and oversees our claims management, accounting, and audit departments.

Gary’s background includes over 30 years of experience in finance and more than seven years of medical experience as an Emergency Medical Technician (West Georgia Ambulance Service and Grady Health Systems) and Disaster Medical Assistance Team Co-Coordinator (U.S. Department of Public Health and Human Services). In addition to his responsibilities at Verida, he serves his community as a Trustee of the University of West Georgia Foundation and as a member of the Board of Directors for Partners Advancing Student Success. Gary earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of West Georgia.
