Phyllis has experience in provider network management, vendor relations, and non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) operations.

Phyllis has a proven track record in overseeing operational support, contract negotiations, compliance, and performance metrics to optimize service delivery and ensure provider satisfaction. Her stengths include leading cross-functional teams, fostering strong relationships with vendors and providers, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and align with organizational goals.
